Hey everyone,

I know it's been a little quiet on the channel lately, and I just wanted to give you all a quick update. I'm currently in the middle of a big downsizing process, which has been taking up most of my time and energy.

I'm also back to doing a lot of petsitting, which I absolutely love, so a lot of my days are spent with some adorable furry friends.

Things are a bit hectic right now, but I haven't forgotten about this community. Thanks for sticking with me! I'm hoping to get back to creating content for you all soon.

The resilience of community cats will NEVER cease to amaze me! ❤️

Hey, amazing cat crew! I wanted to share an update on our four new community cat fosters: Honey, Butter, Marmalade, and Maple!

As you might see from Honey's ear in the photo, all four kittens have "tipped ears." That's the universal sign that they started their lives outdoors and have been through a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program. Coming from that life, they were all understandably very timid when they first came inside.

But their progress is incredible! Just look at the difference a day makes for Honey and Butter (pictured here).

Photo 1 is from just YESTERDAY. This was a huge milestone – them finally feeling safe enough to relax in their kennel.

And Photo 2 is from THIS MORNING! That's Honey, already seeking out cuddles and melting in my arms. To see them learn to trust this quickly is just magical. ✨

The journey for Honey, Butter, Marmalade, and Maple from the streets to our laps is just beginning! If you want to follow the incredible glow-up of all four of these special tipped-ear babies, make sure you're subscribed to the channel!

Navigating dog dynamics can be challenging! 🐾 Had an intense moment in my latest livestream when a fawn pug I was boarding decided to challenge my sweet 85 lb Lab/Sharpei mix, Biskit.

Managing interactions between resident dogs and temporary boarders can be tricky. If you've dealt with sudden friction or resource guarding (like bed or space issues) between dogs, you know how quickly things can escalate.

In the moment, I had to react quickly. It got me thinking - what would YOU have done if a smaller dog challenged your larger, usually patient dog like this? How could I have potentially handled the situation differently to prevent or de-escalate?
