In Cyprus nothing goes to waste, it's quite common to see shelves packed with stock from 30+ years ago. A shop I visited today had some stock from the 80s and 90s, and these awesome toys were unused and only €3 Euros!
None of them worked which is not surprising after being on a shelf in Cyprus heat for 30 years, however I bought many different things and will repair and resell them on eBay, I will post the links once they're up if anyone is interested
There are also motorbikes which use very old PP9 batteries. There are also go carts and many other vintage unused stuff
