Welcome! I'm Terina Nicole, and I teach leathercraft for makers who want to create luxurious, eco-friendly leather accessories for their bodies and homes.
With my degree in Accessory Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and almost 20 years of fashion & accessory design teaching experience at various institutions such as Drexel University, Moore College of Art and my current position leading the fashion design department at a performance arts high school in NJ, I bring professional design techniques to everyday crafters -- focusing on upcycled leather, sustainable practices, and making beautiful items that are special enough to become heirlooms.
I am also the Co-Founder of DIYMakersCon (the conference for women makers) and ran my own line of leather goods, Jypsea Leathergoods, for 20 years.
