I'm saying this because there are people on this app that clearly dont understand it. People under 13 should NOT have a channel or be making content AT ALL. They lack the maturity and responsibility to manage it. They should not be the influence of anyone. There are literal 12 year olds blowing up in subscribers and I don't understand why people are condoning it. They subscribe to this person even when that person made their age very clear, and YouTube doesn't even do anything about it. Alright, disregard your own TOS rules 😭.
