Last Sunday I was in Rome, where a chamber orchestra performed a piece I wrote for the ClivisAPS masterclass.

I should’ve posted right after the concert—but instead I was busy processing what happened, what I could’ve done better, and how to make the next one even stronger (you know me, no laurels to rest on here).

Per tutti gli amici romani (di nascita, d’adozione o di sopravvivenza al raccordo): se fra un mese avete un pomeriggio libero, ho un’idea decisamente migliore dello “ci vediamo per un caffè” che poi dura quattro ore. Che poi... che v'andate a pijà, i chicchi direttamente in Sud America?
📍 8 febbraio — Teatro Tor Bella Monaca (Via Cirino 5, Roma)
Io e gli altri studenti della masterclass “Per Chi Crea” porteremo dal vivo le musiche originali che abbiamo composto per il film Carpe Diem del M° Pericle Odierna.
La masterclass è stata realizzata con il sostegno di MiC e SIAE e si è svolta presso Clivis APS di Roma.
E sì: sarà anche la prima volta che mi metto a dirigere un’orchestra. Ho l’entusiasmo di un bambino e la stabilità emotiva di un tostapane in una vasca da bagno. Venite a vedere se ne esco vivo (musicalmente, almeno).
