1. The "Soundscape Special" Research Program is open for a limited time. Spend Tri-Keys or Soundscape Keys to participate and claim program rewards.
2. During the event, the drop rate for the limited S-Class Arc "Voice of the Voyager" is greatly increased!
3. The "Soundscape Special" Arc Research Program uses "Limited Issue" pulls. Each pull grants 10 Arcs of random rarity.
4. All "Limited Issue" pulls share the same Arc pity counter.
5. During the "Soundscape Special" program, an S-Class Arc is guaranteed within 6 pulls, and the featured S-Class Arc "Voice of the Voyager" is guaranteed within 8 pulls. Pity counts are permanent and carry over to other "Limited Issue" type Arc Research Programs.
6. The limited S-Class Arc "Voice of the Voyager" is currently only available through the "Soundscape Special" Arc Research Program, with no other ways to obtain it planned at this time.

▸ Featuring
1. The "Surfing All Channels!" board features limited S-class character Linko, along with A-class characters Haniel, Aurelia, and Skia.
2. The board also features the "Super Specter" glider livery, the "Turbo Linko" livery set for the "Yesteryear" bicycle, and Linko's "Surfing Among Stars" outfit.

▸ Board Rules
1. The "Surfing All Channels!" board uses Solid Dice or Sync Dice. Roll to move 1–6 tiles (equal chance), land on a tile, and claim the displayed reward.
2. All Limited Boards share the same S-class character pity counter, Points Gift progress, and Board Modification progress.
3. Skin Perks for "Surfing All Channels!" are time-limited and exclusive to this board. Progress does not carry over to other Limited Boards. Skin Perks for this board include: Daily Outfit, Mod Up! (Livery), and Fashion Center.
4. Each board starts as a Baseline Board. If you don't obtain the featured S-class character within 70 consecutive rolls, Board Modification triggers, greatly increasing the chance of obtaining the featured S-class character on a single roll. Once you obtain the featured S-class character, the current board reverts to a Baseline Board.
5. If you haven't obtained the featured S-class character after 89 rolls, your 90th roll automatically grants them (your piece will not move). The featured S-class character is guaranteed within 90 rolls.
6. Linko is currently only available from the "Surfing All Channels!" Limited Board, with no other ways to obtain her planned at this time.
