Hey guys, this is probably the most important post I'm ever gonna make on this platform.
So over the past few months, I've been posting artwork of these characters to kinda just put them out in the open. I originally wanted to give you guys like an animatic or something along those lines, but I realized it became faaaaaaaaaar too taxing.
Inconsistent art, lack of passion, and way too many rewrites have kept me from completing the passion project I've been working on for over a decade. So I kinda wanted to tell you guys a bit about the story and art, and what it was like making it.
I originally envisioned the project as a superhero comic way back when. A simple "good guy stops the bad guy" story that mainly focused on action and fight scenes. However once I started growing up, I wanted the narrative to have a bit more substance than punching people in the face. So I pivoted, and sought multiple different avenues and genres to weave my little web.
It's had about... thirteen? Fourteen scripts? If I remember correctly that is. Three of them were remakes of the original story, attempting to flesh out the characters and world, but it got too out of hand. So many plans for unnecessary sequels got in the way of telling one story.
The rest of the scripts were all messy, and didn't capture the spirit of the original. Going in so many different directions, from sci-fi to slasher, they all tackled different aspects of what I wanted to do. Great ideas, but mostly a "one trick pony" kinda thing, and they never said anything significant.
That was, until here recently.
I finally came with some ideas that I was genuinely happy with, all the while working hard on my art in order to properly convey what I wanted to.
I was getting ready to start the long journey of bringing my dream to life, but I hit yet another roadblock. And this time...
It was incermountable.
My art, no matter how hard I worked on it, no matter how long, it would always degrade and get worse. Even the drawings on this post took nearly fourteen different faces each in order to look right, and eventually I just gave up and cut out previous drawings I made.
So you might be asking, "why not just write a book?" Well, the reason why I started drawing in the first place was because I can't tell stories very well with words. I tried... A lot. But it just never panned out.
So that leads me to right now. So many years of hard work and frustration, all leading up to me just giving up.
I tried, but I just can't do it anymore. The best I can do is share what I have.
The short and simple of it basically, is that there's this mechanical villain, (4th image,) Who wants to bring the world to and end using a nuclear cannon. So the government sends a high ranking stealth operative, (3rd image,) to put a stop to his plans.
Of course, it's more in depth than that, but this little essay has gone on long enough. If you would like to know more, ask me some questions about it.
Thank you to whoever reads this post in full. It truly means the world to me.

I'm done, mates. I've done all I can, but I guess some things aren't meant to be.
I guess I'm just bound to be a loser.
Here's the rest of the material. I don't wanna keep working on it anymore. I'm gonna post a little something after this, but after that, I'm finished.

I'm still working on the logo. Also, a portrait of Selina, and a redesign for Revila.

While I'm working on my stuff, I figured I ask some questions for my Internet Compadre's.
What do y'all think about
Secret of the Mimic? So far, I think it looks... Kinda boring, to be honest.
