Hello, thanks for checking out the channel. This channel was made with the intention of providing an outlet for me to play through my giant backlog of games. This channel may never be super slick, or be playing the hottest OMFG viral game o' the moment, but we keep it real. We simply want to enjoy exploring and playing video games. If a few friends are made along the way, perfect. You are welcome anytime.

Computer ist kaputt. Dead graphics card. I think retro is still possible, I'll try to get some up soon. New comp might be a month out.

Two games I have been anticipating are releasing just before October; I am excited for their release and for another October horror games marathon. The goal this week is to make sure I finish The Drifter (a super fun adventure game I am greatly enjoying). Then the schedule gets tight.

September 17th: Strange Antiques is scheduled for release. This is the follow up of the interesting puzzle game Strange Horticulture which I played previously on the channel. I will focus only on this single game until completion, because on:

September 23rd: The House of Tesla is schedules for release. I have played all the House of Da Vinci games on the channel (save for the VR one) and am excited to jump into a new adventure based around Tesla. I will focus only on this single game until completion, because on:

October 1st: I will do another month of horror themed games as I did last year. I have some ideas on some games, but if you can recommend some great horror games, adventure or otherwise, would you please be so kind as to leave it below. I do not know this genre well, and I am sure some of you know some killer games. Get it...killer ga...oh. Never mind.

I need to pull down my Quern videos and start something new. Technical issues, corrupted videos. Not sure what the problem might be, but I have been unable to fix it. I will finish it 'off-camera', so to speak. Need to scramble this evening to get something ready for tomorrow. Sorry if you were enjoying that game.

New year, new games. Two new play-throughs starting next week. One, an interesting looking sci-fi noir adventure game. Two, I am going to try my hand at one of those new-fangled metroidvania platformers that are piled up in my digital library. If you ever have suggest for games I can play on the channel, please suggest away.

I am terrible at using this Community tab tool. Thanks for the recent activity and views on the channel. This Wednesday we take a break from normal programming to squeeze in another episode of exciting retro gaming. Exploring the new content updates for Atari 50, I take on killer robots playing Berzerk for both the Atari 5200 and the 1980 original arcade version.

Unwritten Tales will end tomorrow, Smurfs will end Friday, and then a quiet weekend with a Retro Blasters video likely at some point. Starting on October 1st, I will be playing Halloween and horror themed games for the month; starting with Costume Quest and Dracula - The Resurrection. This has always been my favorite time of the year, so feel free to stop by for a bit and share some candy. If you have game recommendations for the spooky season, please offer your insight.

Saturday mornings were, and always will be, time for cartoons. This Saturday morning Retro Blasters! goes high-score hunting on the NES port of the classic Popeye arcade game. Grab a big bowl of spinach and let's see if we can give Brutus a lump or two.

Cosmic Star ends this Friday, and shortly after, we will be off on a new adventure that is only 25 smurfberries high. Can we stop Gargamel and whatever evil plot he has devised this time? Join along and find out as we check out this highly-rated platformer.

This Friday on Retro Blasters! I'll do my best to defeat Wolfchild on the Sega Genesis (or at least beat a level or two). Originally released on the Amiga in 1992, and later ported to other system, this action platformer has fast and smooth action, pick-ups a plenty, secret areas, and obligatory bosses. It's going to be wild! (It also has obligatory puns, sorry.)

This Friday on Retro Blasters! a new system enters the arena as we fire up the trusty Commodore 64 for the first time. We'll be trying out a shooter called Hades Nebula, released in Europe in 1987. In will take nerves of steel to survive the onslaught, which I do not have. I do not a lot of curse words though.
