Numbers instantly elevate credibility.

Senior PM roles are not about shipping simple features.

Interviewers want to understand the complexity behind your work:

- multiple stakeholders
- technical depth
- platform ecosystems
- AI / data systems
- organizational influence

The more clearly you communicate complexity, the more leadership signal you send.

Hereโ€™s the reality:
