Created by Tracey (Nikki) De Shazo-De Silva, this sound + visual art experience is inspired by the life and light of Kellee Jannine DeShazo.
For day and night.
Explore frequency-based soundscapes for focus, clarity, energy, meditation, creativity, grounding, emotional restoration, deep rest, sleep, dreaming, release, and renewal.
Every original composition carries 174 Hz, Kellee’s signature frequency, woven into a larger landscape of selected frequencies, atmospheric sound, texture, and resonance.
The visual world draws from real optical phenomena: iridescence, diffraction, interference, refraction, spectral color, and liquid light.
Light becomes color. Color becomes emotion. Emotion becomes frequency.
Home of The Book of Light, an evolving archive exploring frequency through sound, image, meaning, and light.

NEW DAY ENVIRONMENT ☀️
EARTHLIGHT
Clarity • Grounding • Renewal • 8 Hours
Ground State explored the Earth at rest.
Earthlight is the Earth awake.
This new Book of Light environment is inspired by polarized mineral light and birefringence, the hidden colors that can appear when light passes through crystalline Earth material.
The sound combines:
7.83 Hz Schumann resonance inspired modulation
136.1 Hz Earth/OM tone
174 Hz quietly woven through for Kellee
Warm low Earth hum
Gentle air
Subtle liquid and bubble texture
No brown noise.
No piercing daytime tone.
Just something grounded, clear, and alive.
The Earth carries light beneath the surface.
🫧 Build the bubble.
Enter Earthlight.

New night environment: Ground State
Ground State is an 11-hour deep sleep environment created for restoration, grounding, and nervous system calm.
This piece is inspired by the feeling of returning to the earth, returning to the body, and returning to stillness. Built with Earth resonance inspired frequencies, 174 Hz, and 285 Hz, it is softer, deeper, and less piercing than some of the brighter day environments.
If you need rest, reset, and a place to land tonight, this one is for you.
Build the bubble.
Rest inside the field.
Return to yourself.

✨ NEW ENVIRONMENT
PRISMATIC AWAKENING ☀️
Hope • Focus • New Beginnings
Some mornings don't begin with energy.
They begin with light.
Prismatic Awakening is the first environment inspired directly by the visual philosophy of The Book of Light—where the way light behaves becomes the language of sound.
Inspired by the way a prism separates light into countless colors, this 8-hour environment blends:
✨ 174 Hz (Kellee's frequency)
✨ 136.1 Hz
✨ 432 Hz
✨ 963 Hz
with soft white noise and delicate crystalline ambience to create a peaceful atmosphere for studying, reading, writing, creative work, journaling, and beginning the day with calm intention.
☁️ Build the bubble.
Step into the light.
Carry it with you today.
