What’s your perspective about 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉?

Here is God’s perspective about 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙍𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉:

To live a life dedicated and set apart for God’s purposes.

When GOD gave this word to us, He said it is only by consecration that he can Shine the 𝙇𝙄𝙂𝙃𝙏 𝙊𝙁 his 𝘾𝙊𝙐𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙉𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 on us.

Here is an analogy of what it means…

Just imagine a potter, moulding a clay into a beautiful vessel to be used.
That’s what GOD wants to do with our lives when we consecrate ourselves to him.
God is so intentional about us 👌I’m in Awe.

You know how sometimes we feel like we’re just going through life, without any real purpose or direction? That’s where consecration comes in. It’s about dedicating our lives to God and trusting him to guide us. With GOD you need no options. God is enough.

Let’s look at Daniel, for example. He was a young guy, just like you, who found himself in a strange land, surrounded by people who didn’t share his beliefs. But instead of conforming to their ways, he chose to consecrate himself to God. He stood firm in his beliefs, even when it was hard, and God used him in amazing ways.

The revelation of this word for us is that- God is ready to Give us the nations, according to his word in - Psalms 2:7-8

“𝙄 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚: “𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙤𝙣, 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧. 𝘼𝙨𝙠 𝙢𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪.”
‭‭𝙋𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙨‬ ‭2‬:‭7‬-‭8‬ ‭𝘾𝙀𝙑‬‬

But we are also reminded that there is always an instruction for every promise he has given us.

For us, the instruction attached to this word is that it is a dangerous thing to pursue our well-being at the expense of God’s kingdom. meaning that Everything God has given us is for the kingdom, and we must be kingdom-minded.

Because there is nothing we have received that is truly ours, they were given to us by God. 1 Cor 4:7

The mystery about this word to us is that, God is ready to use everything he has given us for the manifestation of his Glory. Isn't this amazing? 😊👌

HOW MANY OF HIS BLESSING CAN I DENY?

This Month, our word-in-season came early on as usual, but I’d like to share some vulnerable moments and experiences that I’ve had to deal with since the very day we received the word until now…not without God though….

Of course, it’s always with a heart of Gratitude I receive the word of God and the mind of God for us in season, and the month of May was that month when we did something different from what we have been used to as a community even personally as individuals.

We tarried in prayer more intensely than we’ve ever done before, because when God gives a word the enemy also fights the efficacy of that word. Hence the reason for doing the unusual as led by the spirit of God to see the manifestation of those words to us.

This is a subtle reminder to tell you that you need to have complete obedience when walking with God to receive the fullness of his word to you.

MY VULNERABLE MOMENT…

As I received his word for us this month, I realized that I was Gradually feeling demotivated, not because I didn’t believe in the word, I just couldn’t figure out the reason…
It was more like I clearly heard God saying I should pause and remain still doing nothing until I receive his complete word..

I was completely disturbed, not because I didn’t trust God enough, but because I was worried about the people that God has committed to me, if I had to pause won’t it affect some people, won’t they have something to say?
Even when people from our community reached out to me privately to ask if we wouldn’t have any program for the month, I answered by the spirit of God because I didn’t have words.

I just felt that God had left me… I thought so many times that there was something special I needed to do for God to change his mind.

But actually, God was saying something that I wasn’t listening to because I was clouded with worries…

God reminded me about the transition, from sharing the word on my YouTube channel as a pre-recorded version to coming doing it live here on IG… to being reminded that it was his way of - BIRTHING THE NEW WITH ME…

It still sounds really interesting to me.
Yesterday I tarried in prayers, so much that I wouldn't leave without God saying something that would relieve me of the confusion and everything I was just feeling that was unusual, and he gave me an analogy in Luke 10:39
"She had a sister named Mary, who sat down in front of the Lord and was listening to what he said. Martha was worried about all that had to be done. Finally, she went to Jesus and said,
"Lord, doesn't it bother you that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her to come and help me!" The Lord answered,
"Martha, Martha! You are worried and upset about so many things, but only one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen what is best, and it will not be taken away from her."
Luke 10:39-42 CEV
The last paragraph was the highlight for me...
He says whatever you choose is what becomes of you...
In this context what Martha did was right to her but what Mary did was right to God.
Meaning that I'm a servant to whom I obey. In my case, doing the right thing was being obedient to God and being a servant to Him first and he would lead me to his people.
What is the lesson from my story?
Whatever you need clarity on... ask God, DO NOT RELY ON WHAT YOU THINK YOU KNOW. because the clarity you received from the father can never be taken away from you.

Sometime in February this year, I attended a Youth leadership conference where we had the opportunity to listen to some industry experts.

I had a nice time listening to @temidayo_salako and I knew there was something different and special about her… before I tell you my discovery about her, let me share with you one of the things that stuck with me during her session- She said and I quote “The only solution you can scale it the one the world would benefit from “ and this inspired me and stroke something within me - back to my discovery about her………😊 you know that saying that, says “Let your light shine before men, that they may see your Good work and Glorify your father in heaven”

that was the prompting I had to discover more about her, and I found out that her words aligned with her deeds - looking back at what she said during her session that stuck with me, and the discovery that she had written a masterpiece about PURPOSE. (A Book)

I downloaded the book and started reading the book and I couldn’t keep the revelation from that book to myself. Because I had an encounter with destiny.

I had to share it with the members of my community, a community where I’m privileged to steward young people helping them nutre, birth, discover, and fulfil their God’s given purpose @purposediscoveryministrysch
