I love to create material boards for all my projects. 

✔️In the material boards, you must include all the #textures you plan to use in space, the door #wood color, floors, #wall coverings, fixtures, metals, countertop, tiles, painting color, fabrics, and so on. 

✔️Material boards are an excellent tool to check that the #materials and #textures you plan to use in space combine and create harmony.

✔️First, I plan all my textures and create a digital material board; then, I look for real samples of the textures that I have already selected to check it out under real space #lighting conditions ☀️ .

✔️Material boards are useful for visualizing your ideas and knowing how your design will look before investing in buying materials.

❤️🟢 Complementary Colors in Interior Design! ⁣
⁣
🌈 When it comes to selecting a color palette, complementary colors is the simplest, That’s because this color scheme only involves two shades.⁣
⁣
🟡🟣 It uses two #colors that sit opposite each other on the color wheel (For example: yellow and purple, green and red or blue and orange)⁣
⁣
🟠🔵 one color acts as the dominant shade and the other as an accent. ⁣
⁣
🔴🟢 These color pairings are extremely high contrast so you need to be careful about how to use it because they bring a strong energy into the space so it’s a good idea to be used in small doses. ⁣
⁣
✔️ You should use plenty of neutrals to balance them out and provide a place for the eye to rest.⁣
⁣
🛋 You can add a pop of color into a neutral general space applying two contrasting colors into your accent elements and accessories as well.
