Jummah Mubarak, fam💚 Jazakum Allāhu hair for being here. Whether you’ve been following from the beginning or you just found this channel yesterday, I appreciate you.
Creating content as a revert, a new mom, and a woman who’s deeply committed to this deen (while also sleep-deprived and having to refilm because you can hear baby in the background🥲) it means a lot to know that what I share resonates.
I also really appreciate your patience while I continue editing a few videos. Insha’Allāh, they’ll be up soon and I’m so excited to share them with you!
🤲As always, I will ask that you continue to keep our ummah in your du‘ās today. May Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala grant us the courage to speak the truth, stand up against injustice, and live this deen with beauty and sincerity.
Ameen!

💚As’salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakāt Fam!
As Ashura approaches, we remember the trials of Prophet Musa Alayhi as-salam and the way Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala saved him and his people.
A day of sabr, sacrifice, and divine mercy. May Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala grant us a portion of that mercy. Ameen!
Our little corner of the internet that we’ve built together is really a omething special🥹Alhamdulillah for our community here!
A place for sincere reminders, collective du‘ā, and hearts that still want to remember Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala in a loud and distracted world. I appreciate you all so very much🫶
If you’d like to give on this blessed day, here are three trusted causes for your sadaqah:
1. 🚸A Children’s School in Andalusia: reviving knowledge & nurturing the next generation of Muslims: donorbox.org/muslim-school-al-andalus
2. 🇸🇾Brother Obada’s Humanitarian Relief in Syria: helping our Syrian family on the ground:

3. Give to Gaza: (via LaunchGood): www.launchgood.com/v4/one-nation-gaza
🤲And if you’re carrying anything heavy, leave a du‘ā request below.
We’ll make du‘ā for one another, bi’idhnillāh. Because this is what a community is meant to be!
May Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala make our fasts accepted, our intentions sincere, and our hearts soft💗

💚As’salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa barakāt Fam! Insha’Allāh you’re all doing well?
While reflecting on Surah al-Kahf, I was reminded of an experience from my own life...One that taught me how quickly the dunya can slip away.
A few years ago, my husband & I were moving from Lake Tahoe to Oakland. We’d packed up everything we owned in a U-haul; furniture, clothes, dishes, memories & finally made it to our new place at 1am. Too tired to unload, we figured we’d rest and do it in the morning.
At 7am, my husband woke me up by asking:
“Did you move the truck?”
I hadn’t. It was gone. Just like that, everything we owned had vanished.
Except the backpacks we brought in, we had nothing.
It was devastating in the moment. But Subhan’Allāh, looking back, it was one of the most powerful reminders of a truth Islam teaches us clearly: don’t get too attached to the dunya.
Surah al-Kahf tells us about a man who took pride in his beautiful garden; confident, comfortable, secure. Until one day, everything was wiped away.
“And so all his produce was totally ruined, so he started to wring his hands for all he had spent on it…” Qur’an 18:42
Things come and go. Loss will test us. And sometimes, what feels like a disaster is actually divine redirection.
🤲Today, I’m making du‘ā for every soul learning this the hard way, for those who’ve lost homes, belongings, or comfort… and found something deeper.
🌿May we be a people rooted in sabr, not stuff.
🌒 May we build lives not in boxes, but in barakah.
Drop a 🌿 if you’re making du‘ā for someone today & let’s uplift the ummah together, insha’Allāh!
Jummah Mubarak🤍

1 baby, 3 suitcases, 3 bags, and a whole lot of du‘ā.
Our first meal was Halal Indian food, a small mercy that felt huge after years of hunting for halāl in Italy. He is Ar-Razzāq. He is so Generous!

Today we begin our long journey home:
Detroit → JFK → Rome → Napoli…Layovers, overnight flights, and trains. Alhamdulillah!

Today is Yawm al-'Arafāt! The day when forgiveness rains down, and the gates of mercy are wide open🥲Subhan’Allāh!
Even if you're not in 'Arafāt, even if you're just catching your breath between gates or naps or prayers, make du'ā. Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala is always near.

🕋 Hajj has begun, alhamdulillah!
Some of us are watching from afar; longing, praying, hoping to one day be among those who stand on ‘Arafah.
But know this:
Longing is worship.
Tears are worship.
Even making du‘ā to be invited counts.
May Allāh Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala write our names among those who are called.
And may He grant us the tawfīq to respond, in love and submission.
Eid is near, insha’Allāh. Let the heart prepare before the hands do🤍

As’salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu Fam!
🕌Jumu‘ah is a day of mercy. Let’s not forget those most in need of it.
Ya Rabb…
Be near the orphans.
Shelter the children.
Soothe the grieving hearts of mothers.
Ease the hunger. Quiet the fear.
Let Your light reach where the world has turned its back.
Today we make du‘ā for:
🤍 The orphans of South Asia
🖤 The suffering in Sudan and Congo
💔 The displaced families of Gaza
🧸 The children of Syria, who still smile between the rubble
Let today be a day of giving and remembering, not just scrolling.
Your charity is your shade on the Day of Judgment.
📍Give to Gaza (via LaunchGood): www.launchgood.com/v4/one-nation-gaza
📍Support families & children in Syria through brother @Obadajb & USWA: chuffed.org/project/129483-joy-of-eid-compassion-f…
And please, don’t forget to make salawat on our blessed Prophetﷺ and read Surah Al-Kahf if you can today.
Jumu‘ah Mubārakah, family. Let your love show through your du‘ā and your deeds, insha’Allāh🤲

As’salamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh Fam💚Insha’Allāh you’re all doing well?
Ya Allāh,
We raise our hands on this blessed day of Jummah,
and we remember our brothers and sisters who are often forgotten.
In South Asia and South America, in cities and in jungles, in mountains and barrios, those walking to Jummah in silence, those reciting Your Book in the shadows, those wearing Islam on their faces and bearing its weight with dignity.
Ya Allāh, be their Guardian. Make them firm in faith. Give them community, courage, and clarity. Replace their fear with sakinah, and their isolation with barakah.
Let us never forget each other, for we are one ummah, from Bangladesh to Brazil, from Guyana to Gujarat, from hearts in the Andes to masājid tucked between rice fields.
On this day of light, send peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ , the mercy You sent to the worlds, the one who prayed for us before we even knew Your Name.
Allāhumma ṣalli ʿalā Muḥammad wa ʿalā āli Muḥammad.
Let this Jummah be a witness for us, not against us.
Let us turn back to You before we return to You.
Let us open the Qur’an, especially Surah Al-Kahf,
and be reminded that protection comes not through power, but through piety. Through You.
Ameen🤲
