Hooghly Engineering & Technology College successfully concluded the AICTE ATAL – EduSkills Faculty Development Program on “Electric Vehicle Design & Simulation”, held from 22nd–27th June 2026. The six-day programme provided faculty members with in-depth exposure to electric vehicle fundamentals, powertrain design, battery thermal analysis, motor performance, vehicle dynamics, embedded systems and digital simulation using ANSYS.

Led by Mr. Prabhupada Samal, Manager – Learning & Development, the sessions combined conceptual understanding with hands-on learning, enabling participants to strengthen their teaching, guide industry-relevant student projects, and contribute to research in the rapidly evolving field of electric mobility.

The programme reflects our continued commitment to faculty development, academic excellence, and fostering industry-aligned technical education.
