The face is funny, sure, but I think that's kinda the appeal/charm. It's definitely a must have for me this year. I wish it was easier to order without scalpers..... Ebay

I don't know how I'm just finding this out after like 15 years of this movie's release, but the Japanese version of Hero of The Rails contains RWS illustrations, model series footage, and CGI footage on the same video. The model and CGI Thomas never appeared on the same DVD in the US/UK except for one where there was a music video that was from a different style. But nope, the main feature has all 3 eras.
