I've decided that my Sunday uploads will now be dedicated to the art of self-care- mind, body and soul.
Anything and everything self-care, be it big changes or little treats, many that cost nothing. This may or may not include the old health journey at times- we'll see 😂 🙈
I'm thinking house & home on Thursdays, with the odd walk & haul on perhaps a 3rd day...just thinking ahead and trying out things!
