Welcome to my #scrum channel! I have over 15 years of experience working with agile software development teams. From startups to transnational companies such as: The Hershey Company, Expedia, Luxoft, Audi, Betterware, Grupo Tampico, Holiday Inn, etc. In which I have seen all kinds of good and bad Scrum practices, working versions attached to the book and others regionalized. Very empowered teams and others quite dependent on management.
In these companies I have worked serving from all Scrum roles: Developer, Scrum Master and Product Manager (Owner).
I will be sharing my Scrum notes in the form of weekly videos, hoping they will be useful to you and we can form a community that helps improve the quality of Scrum that is implemented in companies in Mexico and Latin America.
