Welcome to our log cabin homestead. The focus is a simple life centered on Christ. We are working toward a more self sustaining and healthy life by getting back to God’s creation and purpose. Knowing and growing our own food, preserving the harvest, and teaching the lost skills of generations past. Raw milk buttermilk... the image on the left is from actual "buttermilk," and the one on the right is full fat fresh raw milk. I purchased culture from New England Cheesemaking Co and cultured the one on the left. Later, I used some of that buttermilk to culture the raw whole milk. Owning a sweet little Jersey is a lot of work, but oh, so rewarding💕
