I recently had the privilege of participating in IFCA INDUS FOOD 2026 held in Greater Noida. The event provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with and learn from many stalwarts of the hospitality industry.

It was truly an honor to meet Chef Manjit Gill (President, IFCA), Chef Andy Cuthbert (President, Worldchefs), Chef Uwe Micheel (Vice President, Worldchefs), along with many other distinguished leaders from the industry.

From the bottom of my heart, I extend my sincere thanks to the organizing committee of Indus Food and to all the chefs and professionals working tirelessly behind the scenes to make this remarkable event a grand success.

It was truly a pleasure to be part of such an inspiring and prestigious platform.

It's a Great Experience as a Jury Member.
SnS and IFEA conducted Culinary Heritage Awards in collaboration with Khadyakhurak 2025 celebrating India’s Living Food Traditions.
It's purpose was to recognise individuals, families, communities, enterprises, and institutions preserving, reviving, and innovating within India’s culinary heritage—recipes, ingredients, techniques, and food cultures passed down from generations to generations. The winners included royal and noble families, chefs, farmers, etc.

🎯 Objective was to celebrate and preserve #traditional, #regional and heirloom recipes that reflect our culinary heritage, local ingredients, and #ancestral cooking techniques.

The competition covered recipes of various regions of India.
Winners were
1-Jaya Bharadwaj prepared
Prasuti ki thali from Utter Pradesh.
2-Vilpa Shah prepared Thali from Rajasthan containing sweets for daughter who is getting married.
3-Versha Trivedi prepared chhappan bhog for lord Krishna in Gujarat
4- Priti Priya prepared a thali for chhat puja in Bihar.
