My heart has been aching and grieving after hearing about the loss of Charlie Kirk. He was a fellow believer and brother in Christ. He is in heaven with Jesus. My prayers go out to his wife and children.

It’s been a little over a year since my mom went to be with her Saviour. It’s been a very hard year without her. So many things I wish I could talk to her about. I’ve been listening to the Left Behind books everyday on Audible, she read the entire series several times and loved them. It’s my first time through and I can’t wait to talk to her about them when the rapture really happens and talk about what they got right and didn’t.
1 Thess 4 will always have a special place in my heart because of her.
“But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.
