Over on my second channel I made a video going through my return to Pokémon and going through every mainline game for the Switch (I can still say that while Z-A is unreleased).
Lately I've been more active on my second channel @matchipoko again! (formerly Mattias Secret Channel/Mattias 2nd Channel) In case you want to hear me talk about video games, or see streaming clips and highlights from Twitch you can find me there.
It's just something I'm doing on the side for fun, so no need to worry about it being my "new thing". I haven't been bringing a lot of attention to it because I wanted to see if I would actually have fun doing it, and turns out I did!
Thank you everyone for the very positive response to my last video! Despite all my rants about blue, overwhelmingly people in the comments identified me as being purple (yellow came second). Color remains a mystery.
Recent drawing. My last few videos have been in my head for a long time, so I'm glad they're out there now. I've tried to do whatever is on my mind, and I'm glad that no matter what people can recognise a certain "Mattias energy" to it, but I think now I'd like to try to focus on "comedy" and "storytelling".
So all in all, not a huge announcement or anything, and not that different since I've done plenty of that before. But I do think I need to rein it in a bit with how "all over the place" my channel is, so I've been asking myself if I want to change my approach and be willing to throw more future ideas away. And I think I can say from experience now that I want to focus on "I think this would be an interesting idea for a story", and "If I have life/art advice, can I twist it into a story?" or "here is a thing that probably only I would find funny". It's not just what I want to develop the most, but what I like doing the most.
