Tortilla Wrap or Pita bread or flatbreads Fresh vegetables (thinly sliced lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions) Pickles (optional) Hot sauce or garlic sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all the spices. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor. 2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill pan, skillet, or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until it’s golden brown and fully cooked. Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F). Let the cooked chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it thinly.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic, lemon juice, and 1tbps of sugar, a pinch of salt. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add your vegetables and mix until Creamy
4. Assemble the Shawarma: Warm the pita bread briefly on a skillet or grill. Spread a layer of the mayonnaise, ketchup sauce on the TortillaWraporPitabreadorflatbreads. Add the the chicken,mix fresh vegetables, Drizzle with more sauce or hot sauce if desired. Roll or fold the bread tightly to enclose the filling.
5. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the shawarma immediately, paired with fries, a side salad, or just as is!

Your boiled egg mayonnaise is ready to use! Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Preparing the Sausage Meat Season the Meat:

Divide the sausage meat into 8 Equal portions. Flatten each portion into a patty and wrap it around each egg, sealing the edges well to completely enclose the egg.
Beat the extra egg in a bowl. Place the flour in a separate bowl. Place the breadcrumbs in another bowl.
Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, shaking off any excess. Dip in the beaten egg to coat completely. Roll in the breadcrumbs until fully covered. For an extra crispy coating, you can repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps.
Fry The Scotch Eggs:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large saucepan To 350°F (175°C).
Carefully lower the Scotch eggs into the hot oil and fry for about 7minutes, Turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper Towels.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve the Scotch eggs warm OR at room temperature. They can be eaten as is OR with a dipping sauce like mustard or aioli.
Tips
Soft-Boiled Eggs: If you prefer a runny yolk, boil the eggs for 7-10 minutes and handle them gently during peeling and wrapping.
