Chaos rocks Warriors camp, players and coach fall out!

Tensions are very high within the Warriors camp in Saudi Arabia, with several first team players ready to quit the national team ahead of AFCON, throwing preparations into chaos, Soccer24 has learned.

Newly appointed head coach Mario Marinică is understood to already be on the brink of losing the dressing room, with the Romanian accused of disrespecting a number of players with his player management skills.

A number of senior players are threatening an AFCON boycott as it stands, meaning a whole new squad may need to be assembled, with 37 days left until the tournament.

A complaint letter from players is understood to have been sent to ZIFA, while more players are contemplating walking away from the team if their issues are not addressed.
