My name is Nessa and I am obsessed with Sophie, my two year old cavapoo puppy!
I'm a first time dog owner which means I've been learning a lot with Sophie, we have so much fun together and I really want to show you guys all of our adventures.
On our channel you'll find all kinds videos of Sophie trying new things and exploring new places. You'll also get helpful tips and information on what you can expect when adopting a cavapoo puppy. I want to help any future cavapoo owners feel prepared to adopt and give you guys tips on training, loving and forming an amazingly strong bond with your cavapoo.

Happy Halloween everyone! 🎃👻 Does anyone else miss Trick or Treating??? It’s not as much fun just going to the store and buying candy, I miss dressing up and anxiously eating pizza before heading out just after sunset to get all kinds of fun treats! I’m still happy to dress Sophie up and watch some not so scary Halloween movies with my family. What’s your Halloween tradition? 💜

Ok, so I wanna get real with you guys for a hot minute and ask for your advice.
I, like many people, am aware that my mental health takes a real dip once the weather gets colder and this year we lucked out with a summer that lasted well into fall, that was filled with bike rides, tea dates and just soaking up some vitamin D. It was awesome, it didn't fix all of my problems but it was as close to perfect as it can be in the moment. However, and that's a big however, good things don't always last forever and although I am obsessed with the upcoming holiday season, it also means the unfortunate arrival of the cold weather. Now I am on a journey of self discovery and change but the fact of the matter still stands that I need to work on my mental health and stay true to myself in supporting my needs. Which is why when I posted a video discussing my mental health a lot of you suggested light therapy to help alleviate possible symptoms of SAD, I will most definitely be trying that out but I know I need more and that' where you come in!
I want to know what you do when you're having an off day, or even an off week, heck even an off month. What's something that sparks joy or helps you take a step back from all of life's ever persistent problems and feel a little lighter, a little more like you, a little happier. I would love to hear your ideas, please send in any suggestions and we'll give them a try. Who knows maybe we can find a new hobby to enjoy together. 💜

Happy Thanksgiving to anyone who celebrated this past weekend! 🍂🍁 This year I’m so grateful to be home celebrating with my family and I’m grateful for all of you too! We’re back and we've got lots to update you on! Most importantly, I wanted our first video back to share with you guys a really scary, but minor health scare, we had with Sophie while traveling in Portugal. She's 100% fully recovered but the impact it had on us will be long lastingly.

Happy Thursday everybody! I can't believe it's already the end of August, time has gone by so quickly and I feel like there's still so much I didn't get done 🥺 which I'm told is totally normal LOL! I did take another social media break to focus on some aspects of my life that have been deeply neglected and I'm starting feel more like myself again which also means more time for content creation! HOORAY! Sophie and I will be taking another little trip to Portugal again, which is definitely something exciting to look forward too and of course I want to say a big thank you to all of you guys for following us! We love you guys! 💜
