Blend the oats into a fine powder.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Gradually stir in the oat powder to avoid lumps.

Mash the ripe banana until smooth.

How to Prepare
π₯ Mix 2β3 tablespoons of Tom Brown powder with a little cool water to make a smooth paste. π₯£ Add 1 cup of water and stir well. π₯ Cook over low heat for 5β10 minutes, stirring continuously until smooth and thick. π For babies over 6 months, you can add mashed banana, mashed avocado, pumpkin puree, or a little milk (if suitable for your child) after cooking.
