Is anyone else really struggling with this humidity? 🥵💙

I have honestly had such a rough few nights and I'm really feeling it again this morning.
Living with an ileostomy in this weather is no joke. The heat and humidity can increase watery output, make it harder for the adhesive to stay secure, and leave you constantly worrying about leaks, dehydration and sore skin.

It's something so many people don't see, but it can make even the simplest things feel exhausting.

If you're an ostomate, please remember to look after yourself today. Keep your fluids and electrolytes up, stay as cool as you can, and be kind to yourself. ❤️

Today I want to give a huge shoutout to someone incredibly special... Kayleigh! 🌟

This brave young lady has already faced more challenges than most people do in a lifetime, yet she continues to smile, keep going, and show everyone what true strength looks like. 💪❤️

Kayleigh recently underwent a major operation for her cleft palate and has a long recovery journey ahead of her, but if there's one thing we've learned about her, it's that she's an absolute fighter and a true inspiration.

It was an honour to meet you, Kayleigh. Seeing your smile made our day just as much as we hope we made yours. Even after those cheeky Blackpool seagulls stole your burger 😂🍔, you still kept smiling and put your shades on like the boss u are ❤️

Wow, where do I even begin? Yes I'm going to waffle 😂🤣

This channel has only been going since March, and the support I've received has been absolutely incredible. What started as a little idea has turned into an amazing journey filled with laughter, friendships, opportunities, and memories that I'll never forget.

As a proud Blackpool born-and-bred girl, I love showcasing everything from family fun days out, food reviews, hotels, attractions, local businesses, and paranormal adventures, to the random moments that make life so much fun. If there's one thing you can guarantee on my channel, it's plenty of laughs along the way!

As most of you know, I haven't had the best health, but I'm determined not to let that stop me. On both the good days and the bad days, I keep pushing myself, making memories, creating content, and living life the best way I can. Some days are harder than others, but I hope I'm showing that no matter what challenges come my way, I won't give up. 💖✨

I have visited some fantastic places, met some amazing people, and created content I never imagined I'd be making just a few months ago. Every view, like, comment, share, collaboration, and opportunity means the world to me.

To everyone who has supported me from day one, recently discovered the channel, collaborated with me, invited me to film, or simply stopped by to say hello ...thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This journey wouldn't be the same without all of you. Here's to many more adventures, plenty more laughs, and lots more content still to come!

Ok, I'm nearly finished all my editing and finally caught up... OMG, what a week 🙌
