GAHHH. I heard that the Twilight Princess Randomizer would apparently work for Dusklight, but after three total hours of trying to get it to work I just can't figure out what the problem is...

I was told that it would work "easily" with the standard TP Randomizer but it just doesn't comply! Guess I'll just wait for the in-program Randomizer update to try it then....

Time well wasted, I guess!

Good news! The subject of stress for this month has been resolved.
Bad news! I overdid spicy food and am currently paying the price for the spice.

We will enter next week with previously mentioned list of games.

It's official: May is the cursed month of every year from now on.

I'd like to play some games but I'm being hit by insane levels of lethargy and other time consuming things. So don't expect too much this month.

But plans are:

-Play through Kirby Dreamlands 2 & 3
-Continue Yakuza Kiwami 3
-Crab
-Play through Wario Land (Super Mario Land 3)
-Check out some games in one offs
-Return to Dragon Quest

And all the extra padding.
Would be cool to have the stressful stuff out of the way too but...
Third party issues.

Anyways.
There's two things that I want, in this order:

A) Immortality
(clears off most of the requirements for doing anything, mostly time)

B) Million bucks
(clears out most of the need to require anything, mostly monetary resources)

But alas, two wishes (one within impossibility) are too much in this world. Oh well. If we're dreamin' big, we're doing it thoroughly.

I need to see some things through this week so I'll be out of action.

Enjoy 14 and half hours of Pokopia at least. Next week will be the same scheduled (but never applied) program as previously stated! We'll see how things fall in to place.

Super Quick Saturday in to Sunday Update! | 02/05/2026

First of all, next week is going to be busy and stressful.
Got some stuff I need to see out and about.

But good news! Games, have progress.

Pokopia's story was finished, so I will gradually start to move away from that... ...in to other building projects I have in game.

Yakuza Kiwami 2 has been finished 95% and now the truths about Kiwami 3 and it's poor state of affairs can be brought to light, so that will start soon!

Kirby Spinoffs video happened and now Dream Land #2 will begin!
After this, Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land will occur directly afterwards.

And.... Tomodachi Life?
What happened to Tomodachi Life? Where is that game?

Moving on.
I got to figure out what other games I want to play...
But seeing that this coming week might get too busy...
I figure I might FINALLY do those one offs and Checks videos instead!

I've been meaning to do a whole bunch of smaller videos on various titles that I have accrued over time for the last year and half. So look in to those!

But for today and tomorrow...
I think today is going to be a Total War day for me.
There were some nice details being handed over at the Total War: Show & Tell stream that CA did a while back, so I oughta finish my current Grand Cathay campaign before any of those updates go live...

And for tomorrow...! I might actually jump back in to the Dragon Quest grinder again to finish DQ1 and then continue with maybe something else in between, then do DQ2. But there might also be another recording later today that I want to do, we'll see!

So it's pretty much going to be a grab-bag kind of week while starting new series! I'll try to get couple Tomodachi sessions out too but other games have occupied my mind for now...

End of April Update | 26/04/2026

Sure am busy. And since it's the end of the month, I'll be even busier!
But games are still in progress. There just ain't enough hours in a day to do everything I'd like to! The Forever Curse of gaming.

Here's the list.

-Pokopia ⛰️
Was finished! The story, at least. But there's still plenty more building to do.

-Tomodachi Life 🏝️
Those daily sessions were not going to happen LULEO Too busy.
But I'll play it every now and then.

-Year of Kirby 🌠
Continues in to the spinoffs. Which I was supposed to do this month ....and I still will since there's couple more days left! But after those I'll get in to Kirby's Dream Land 2!

-Mario Lands 🌟
Will turn in to Wario Lands! Wario Land 3 starts after Dream Land 2.

Oh and speaking of Marios, I didn't end up getting Wonder S2 Pack...
But maybe I still should...

-Yakuza Kiwamis 🐉
Are actually coming along great. I only need one more session to clear Kiwami 2's sidecontents, then it's off to see what a travesty Kiwami 3 apparently is...!

Other than that... MAN.
Do I have any other games? I know I sure have plenty of games I'd like to check out or do side sessions with, but there just isn't time! Hmm.

That's just how'idis.
Anyways. We'll see how things play out!
Start of the month is always more open once it gets going...

Quick Sunday Update (Strict schedule, let's keep it short) 12/04/2026

Games are the same as last week - time goes by so fast!
But I did focus on grinding Yakuza Kiwami 2 towards the end, got two videos coming up on it's endgame grinders. Shouldn't be too much progress left to move on to Kiwami 3...

But right now I have a strict schedule so next video releases will come out tomorrow after I go get a package at 7am. I also gotta sleep and play FireRed for the Sunday grinder before all that so... No time for thumbnails.

Pokopia story should become the focus next week though.
It will be completed most likely in just one or two sessions and then I can do builds whenever I feel like! There's definitely ideas I have in mind for that. So the series ain't going anywhere for a while.

Then we should also do the Kirby Spin-Offs next week.
Just got to draw something for the thumbnail.
After them it's off to Superstar later this month!

And finally... Tomodachi Life. Livin' the Dream.

April Update | Easter Sunday 🗿 | 05/04/2025

Happy Moai Celebration Day everyone.

...What? That's not what Easter is for..? Well, it should be.
Appreciate giant head sculptures more, will ya. They're great.

Anyhoo...
Plans. Never again.
No matter in what context I make plans... They never work.

So with these words fresh in our minds, let's talk plans.
Kirby Spin-Offs and Kirby Superstar for this month.
Combined with Super Mario Land III: Wario Land.

And that's all the plans for this month.
Other than that... I REALLY need to knot some loose ends together.
But first, let's talk about the games that I did indeed finish right on time:

SUPER MARIO LAND 2 - 6 GOLD COINS 🪙🐰
Was.... actually really good! I enjoyed it. Go watch that.

MARIO PARTY DS 🎲🌟
Was also pretty good. But seeing that it was the last Hudson Mario Party I had yet to play... Ending that one made me a little sad... 'Cause next time we'll be diving in to Mario Party 9.

And everyone knows what Mario Party 9 was like.
So buckle up. But maybe not for this month? Or maybe we will. Who knows.
Find out later! I do have everything already set up so... I'd only have to draw something for it. Could happen this month.

But that was pretty much all the games I finished for last month!
It was a very busy and stressful month.... But now we can get back to it.

So. The games list is as follows:

Couple more and I will most likely end it after I beat the League.
No Sevii Islands for my playthrough! It's just padding towards the end.

Needs a shorter title, to be honest. But this will continue after Poukimans.

And.... uh.... what else? Am I playing anything else?

No, not really. I guess I could return to Cult of the Lamb real fast but...
Let's leave plans out for now and see what happens.

Mario Kart World update was very short lived. No open online lobby does battles so it's not really too interesting to check it with all the tryhard meta players in regular online play... And Kirby Air Riders is practically dead already (I mean the dev team is already disbanding from it after half a year)

So we ain't got no racing games anymore! And I'd really like to Kart it up too...
What a shame. But one of the channels I joined few weeks back did actually plan to play Kart so maybe I would be able to join a good lobby and record some commentary of my own... Hmm... The Kart Itch do be real doe.

But yes! Other than that... No plans from me!
I still haven't recorded those Jackie Checks sessions I wanted to so you might finally see some one-offs this month!

Aaand that about sounds right.
Let's go with these thoughts for this month! Yeah!

End of the Month Update | March 2026 | 25/03/2026

Good news, my end of the month work has ended and now I have more free time! Until next month, of course. And we should wrap things up!

Today, I'll finish Mario Party DS,
which I couldn't do before 'cause being busy, work and Pokopia were eating all my time. Hopefully my voice isn't too bad today 'cause I'd like to get it done fast.

Later tonight and this week I'll try to grind Yakuza Kiwami 2 completion.
So that we can finally get ready to see what Kiwami 3 is all about...
Looking forward to see if the rumours are as bad as they seem.
Should be able to start it next month.

And then Super Mario Land 2...
Wonder's Switch 2 expansion is out tomorrow but... I think Mario Land 2 is not that long, so I'll try to beat that tomorrow in one go! Then for next month I'll be replaying Super Mario Bros. Wonder 'cause why not!

You'll also see some misc Kirby games along the way 'cause we got plenty of spinoffs to check next on the list. These will be after Mario Land 2 at some point. Leaving Kirby Superstar after the first Wario Land (Mario Land 3) will be a good idea.

And finally... Other games...
I haven't had any time for too many extra sessions this year, so we will see if and what I'll do. Pokopia is really taking over any extra time I have and I even wanted to play some Xcom: Enemy Unknown again on my own time....

So we will find out.

Oh, right. Sundays.
Fire Red Randomizer will continue as a proper longplay until I beat it, then I'll go back to Dragon Quest I HD-2D Remaster. Grind that to the end as well, then we'll have to see what I'm feeling afterwards.

But yeah! Let's wrap up some of these games I have left lingering over Pokopia!
