Just a note to say thank you to other people who reached out and asked where I’ve been and if I’m doing okay.

I’ve been orbiting a burnout recently and although I don’t talk about it much on the channel, managing my depression became a little difficult this winter.

I’m really happy to say that taking that time off has benefited me hugely and I’ll be back tomorrow with an episode of the week in gear.
