I KNOW HOW IT FEELS by Sandra Mitchell aka Sandy Sees LLC

I know how it feels to be the child of an unwed, young, naïve, teenage girl.
I know how it feels to be raised in a home where incest is ‘the norm’.
I know how it feels to grow up hiding the truth.
I know how it feels to finally get the strength to face ‘the truth’ and seek healing for yourself.
I know how it feels to struggle with your sense of self, sexuality, and knowing who you are.
I know how it feels to want nothing more than to have a loving family of your own and to raise healthy, happy kids only to discover they will have their own set of challenges to face that may or may not include you. AND that marriage is a complicated thing that one should never enter into lightly…there are levels to it…it takes a lot of work…and sometimes you just have to cut your losses or, perhaps you just outgrew each other and the partnership in general.
I know how it feels to struggle with addiction.
I know how it feels to turn to God when you feel you have no one else who truly understands.
I know how it feels to find rest/comfort, security, provision, and joy in that relationship with God.
I know how it feels to invite others to embark on their own self-healing journey only to realize that this is a very PERSONAL spiritual path that some people aren’t interested in, or ready to walk yet.
I know how it feels to resolve to put yourself first and move accordingly.
I know how it feels to be the target of spiritual attacks (gossip, witchcraft, voodoo, hoodoo, youdoo, whatever doo…LOL).
AND I know how it feels to be empowered to face whatever circumstances and challenges that may lay ahead from an elevated place (perspective) of more awareness, mindfulness, consciousness, and knowing.
