I am looking for a YouTube Story Producer (for Travel Content)

I am searching for someone who helps me plan and structure my long-form travel videos before filming.

Your job is to turn a destination into a clear story plan:
– developing an engaging story for the video
– video title ideas
– writing a structured intro (setup, goal, problem, question)
– scene-by-scene outlines with goals & problems

You must understand long-form YouTube storytelling, retention, and narrative structure.

If you do not know concepts like story arcs, narrative structure, or the Harmon's Story Circle, this role is not a good fit for you.

I cleary remember the times a few years ago, when I had just a few hundred subscribers and getting 100-200 views maximum per video. Sometimes it still feels like I am dreaming now. None of this would be possible without your support, so a huge thanks to you 🙏

Which series was your favorite to watch?

My personal travel highlights in 2025 were the trip with my mom and Lisa, my girlfriend, at the beginning of the year, and visiting New York City as that has always been my dream since I was young. And I can already tease one plan for next year: I will return to New York, this time together with my mom 😊

I have big plans for 2026 and I can't wait to share it all with you over the next months. Be ready for some cool adventures in new countries and cities 💪

I am currently taking a rest in Jakarta and I will take January off from traveling and posting on YouTube, so you can expect the next videos here in February.
