ਅਸੀਂ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਸਲਾਣਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਸੁਖਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇ। ਖੇਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾ ਕੇ, ਸਾਡੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਇਸ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਟਿਕਾਊ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਬੱਚਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਖਾਦ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਘੱਟ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਇੱਕ-ਵੱਡੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਆਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੀ। ਸਾਡਾ ਰੀਜਨਰੇਟਿਵ ਐਗਰੀਕਲਚਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੇਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਵੀਆਂ ਤਕਨੀਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਦਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਦਦ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਇੱਕ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਹੈ।
