You should be very careful with using your gift in a way to get something from others through manipulation, intimidation and pointing people to you. Don't give yourself credit for the deliverance, breakthroughs and conversions people may make to Christ, after you were used as a vessel in their lives. Outgrowing someone who is close to you can be a painful experience. If you've already outgrown someone, in retrospect, you can remind yourself of the indicators you noticed which confirmed why the relationship/connection came to an end. Don't deny the fact that what used to be comfortable, loving, and security for you in a friendship/relationship changed and you are ready to move on without the individual. When you know things are wrapping up in a friendship/relationship these are some signs that follow. Most don't pay attention to simple things that confirm why you're outgrowing someone or you've already outgrown them. Everything you've put into that relationship to keep it together has been implemented or exhausted and you still know in your spirit that you have to move on. Outgrowing someone isn't always arguing, fighting and trying to reason with them. There may be no tension between you and the individual. Let's be honest!! We're all proud of how God uses us and what he's graced us to contribute in this world! Especially, if many people are coming into knowing him, believing in the gospel and changing their lives for the better. Being a vessel of the Lord is an honor. However, keep in mind that because of how much work you may put in or all you've built doesn't guarantee that you'll go higher in elevation. Your popularity, intellect, and other works won't automatically place you in a higher position over someone who has never done any or half of what you've done. GOD DECIDES WHO HE WANTS TO USE, BLESS, ELEVATE AND PROMOTE. NO MATTER WHAT AND HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL CARRIES WEIGHT. WE CANNOT BUY OUR WAY INTO POSITION OR DO MORE INTENTIONALLY EXPECTING GOD TO USE US SIMPLY BECAUSE OF WHAT WE'VE DONE. A person who is looked down upon and void of having as much knowledge and speed as you in Christ can be touched by the Lord and used mightily. Read Romans chapter 9 verse 12 KJV. Be sure if someone is your assignment if God has you in that season. Most people believe that when they get close to someone in the kingdom...that its meant to be without checking to see if God approves of the connection. Then, a label is placed on the relationship as it being their assignment. Everyone isn't your assignment. You can't heal broken people and deliver them. God is the only one who redeems, delivers and sets free. We are used as vessels for a bigger purpose but certain people aren't your purpose. An assignment from the Lord isn't draining, filled with drama, confusing and chaotic. Know your place and duty in the Lord and who/if someone is truly assigned to you for a purpose. Happy Wednesday. Don't feel guilty moving, ignoring, breaking up/off anyone or anything that isn't in alignment with the will of the Lord. Never be moved by emotions because how you feel has nothing to do with what is the truth. Plain and simple truth override feelings. Sometimes we hold onto people, places and things, that are familiar, not realizing that God will tell you to let a certain person or place go so he can move for you in a bigger, better, and unimaginable way. Guilt has caused some people to go back to old places and rekindle old outdated relationships. Get used to a new season and new opportunities with no guilt!
