The breakfast pantry prep session was good.
I was able to bake some sourdough banana bread and cranberry muffins. I got my protien egg-bakes done.
I think I'm going to continue prepping by themes until I have built a habit around that.
Yes I'm working on the videos but these are the BTS of what's going on!

I am doing my no-spend pantry challenge in January.
1. I was able to get a few groceries back in December so no need to purchase anything yet.
2. I want to waste less food and be more creative with my foods
3. I NEED to get better at meal prep and time management because they go hand in hand.
As a single person this can be hard but today I'm prepping breakfast items. I wanna do some muffins, loaves, egg bakes and wraps. All things I can freeze.
As we move through the month I'll be documenting as I go.
