प्रदोष व्रत के महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य
1. व्रत की तिथि: यह व्रत हर माह की त्रयोदशी तिथि (कृष्ण पक्ष व शुक्ल पक्ष दोनों में) को रखा जाता है।
2. समय (काल): यह व्रत प्रदोष काल (सूर्यास्त के बाद का समय, लगभग 1.5 घंटे) में भगवान शिव की पूजा के लिए सर्वोत्तम माना जाता है।
3. किसके लिए समर्पित: यह व्रत भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती को समर्पित है।
4. प्रदोष व्रत के प्रकार:
सोम प्रदोष (सोमवार को) – उत्तम स्वास्थ्य के लिए।
भौम प्रदोष (मंगलवार को) – कर्ज मुक्ति और शत्रु नाश के लिए।
शनि प्रदोष (शनिवार को) – धन, मोक्ष और दीर्घायु के लिए अत्यंत शुभ।
5. व्रत का महत्व:
इस व्रत को श्रद्धा और नियमपूर्वक करने से सौभाग्य, सुख-शांति, संतान सुख, धन-समृद्धि और मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है।
ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस समय भगवान शिव अत्यंत प्रसन्न होते हैं और भक्तों की हर मनोकामना पूरी करते हैं।
