A few years ago, I became fascinated with a simple question: what did the people of the Bible actually eat?
I’ve always loved storytelling and research, and I genuinely enjoy sharing the things I discover with others. The more I dug into Scripture, history, archaeology, and modern nutrition, the more amazed I became. Again and again, I found ancient foods that science is only now beginning to appreciate.
That journey completely changed the way I think about food and inspired this channel.
