So, many of us expected that new Duel Quest would be about fighting Agni with masq progression type, and i expected it would bring the complete version of Agni music, BUT nope! Not only it's multiple starless bosses and their Hi versions over 5 ranks each, but music used is actually PSO2 Primordial Darkness - Gomorroth 1st half, we don't even get the 2nd half lol.

So while we may get finish this climb with a potential Agni and Hi-Agni, we unlikely will have more Agni music than we had from the EQ oof! So new music will only comes with Alter Realm Kvaris Explo next week i guess lol

Hello, happy new year everyone ^^ Giving you some update, as it's been a while since the last upload. Last month actually marked the 10 year of the channel ^^, first uploaded music was Gigur Gunne Gam from PSO2 EP3 :p

Next, i've been preparing the Crative Space musics since mid-November, there's 2 version, non-edit and edit modes, but it's still gonna be some more days before it's out.

Also, Masquerade quest is back in NGS, and the trailer already showed they'll remix its music, the question is, will there be only 1 music, or multiple, and if so, at what depth will we have them all ? I'll probably upload it after i discover more about it, i usually want to avoid incomplete versions if they're gated behind later updates lol

Finally, Dark Falz Vael, and new story are coming in February, Vael will definitly be taken care of asap, but will story have new musics too ? Hoping for no shortened version nor incomplete version in cutscene too short to play it fully oof! But NC was nice for that so it should be ok, we'll see :p

So, Masq musics should be first released, then NC musics before February 5th, then whatever new comes out first

I don't know if they'll ever be used in a futture music upload though. Maybe when i'll do Creative Space music, or if Stia upgrade brings new music, we'll see... But at any rate Stia is the last of this thing i'll do, it takes so much effort and time to pull out those thing it quickly became less enjoyable than it used to be to do them, oof!

Hope you guys have enjoyed the DF Dalion music so far ^^

Now! As promised here are all the custom decorations created for my music uploads so far (it's a .rar archive). More details are put in a "readme" file, but essentially DF Solus, Aegis and Eradi (the first Dark Falz) are only in 1080p, and it's only when i tackled Aelio musics i went for 8K as the base resolution :P

You can use them the way you want, or just look in details how i made them :) Except, you can't monetize them in any way of course!! (since all assets used are from the game).

Alrighty! It's been a while i didn't do a community post, but now is a good time as i've finally finished catching up all the main NGS musics!! ^^ Last region i was missing was Kvaris, but long ago i've posted 4 kvaris musics that may have gone un-noticed, which are the non-battle exploration zone musics. I'll re-upload them with the custom decorations, and previous uploads will be gone when it's done. But what's next ?

Dark Falz Dalion music of course! And i'll also do the special decorations like for previous Dark falz musics ^^ So i probably won't upload it day one, but it should be doable for the week-end after ^^

One more thing about those special decorations : while i really like a lot the result i've been getting, they involved a considerable amount of time to create. We're talking about a week (given my amount of free time of course). And doing those while having so much musics to catch up was straining over time! So, i'm a bit torn between the fact that now i'm done catching up, i can essentially keep doing decorations with music preparation and such without it being as tiring as before, and, the fact that it takes much more time than just working on the music alone (which is my main interest!).

So after DF Dalion, i'll be seriously reconsidering doing those custom decorations for the new field musics!! What about Stia ? yeah, the uploads i did back then didn't have such elaborated decorations as Aelio/Retem/Kvaris got now, and tbh it'll bother me to not have at least Stia getting same treatment even if i don't upload musics with those :p

SO!! After DF Dalion is uploaded, there will be 3 things :

1) I'll do another post here giving away all the custom decorations i've done so far! and in their original resolution (which was 8K) and declined in lower resolutions

2) After that, i'll prepare Stia decoration at my own pace, and when it's finished i'll redo another post that'll essentially update the archive to include Stia custom decorations ^^

3) Probably gonna be more away from NGS, but mostly by necessity, not really by loss of interest, i got some business coming to focus on for a while, and i'll need my free time for that, yet, the "delay" in finishing it made me delay those things.

The "funny thing" about that catch up was that i initially was hoping to finish by December 2023! We're much later than that yikes!

Quick heads up on Aelio musics uploads state : done editing all the explo and combat sector musics, there will a bonus with Resol Forest Night non-battle hehe! I still need to improve their sound quality through "re-mastering", and create the vids. There will be 25 musics, which will include Starless 1st encounter from CH6 part 1 and "Manon Ver2" from CH6 part2 cutscene. But with some exams preparation coming the next 2 weeks, it's better i spread the uploads, like 2 musics per day, if i can do it everyday. I'll probably go for a Day/Night, or Calm/Fight duo of each musics every day there's an upload, so i don't exhaust/stress myself in the process lol

Aelio boss and Mining Rig musics will be taken care of, AFTER those 25 musics are uploaded. This will probably the shortest and easiest batch to do xD Then it'll be time to go for Retem musics, then Kvaris. There may be new musics coming with Halvadi Vera and december update, i'll try to fit them in between.

Update on Masquerade cover : all the performances required are recorded!!! At last, even though not 100% perfect timing, and few "acceptable" mistakes lol!! Now i'll need to mix it (gonna be a more complex mix to balance tbh lol) and then do the video, i should be able to upload it in 1 week, so around the 8/2 update i guess, we'll see if it takes a bit longer. What took so long? Well, that masq cover required a lot to invent, and to learn, that, and it's just more complicated to learn and master diffcult things quickly when i don't have the free time i used to have, and when half of the free time is spent playing NGS...... Anyway, take care, thank you for your patience, and once that cover is posted, i'll start going back to upload NGS musics as promised ^^

Small update on how things progressed so far: i replaced the in-ear cable, problem of left-ear lower volume still here, but stabilized and sound quality went back to what it used to be at least, i guess i'll stay with this for the time being, i can at least correct that thing when recording/mixing. As for masq cover, almost finished with 2nd performance, next week-end should be the last on it finally ^^ Then there will be a 3rd performance to record, should be faster as it's consist in playing nearly the same thing than 2nd perf with just some variations exclusive to it at certain moments, but still at this rate, i guess the the actual upload of it will be around same time than Ultra evol update ooof!!!

EDIT: of course GS class release and this 2nd anniversary of NGS event slowed me down as you would guess :P Trying to balance both NGS and masq cover equally, with much less free time than i used to have, isn't working well tbh oof

Some progress and good news on masquerade cover :D Rhythm video/audio just finished recording at last!! Now, there's lead part to do from zero, even though i got some ideas in my head for some parts, i'll need to pull them out, learn to do them more confidently and success when recording, which is never easy to accomplish!


Less good news : my in-ears headphone cable is dying, i ordered a new one but i won't get it before 3/22, so in the meantime i have to deal with less audio in left ear than right (can be corrected when recordign/mixing) and less volume and quality on both sides overall (can't be corrected as it results in the sound distortioning when trying to get it back to its usual volume)..... It didn't cause problems when recording rhythm, just it may go "no sound in 1 of the side" at some point, which can't be compensated. I just hope it won't be before new cable arrives so i can continue practicing lead part of Masquerade cover ^^;

Welp... Dark Falz Aegis came one week sooner than i expected, so instead of using this week to progress on masq cover, i farmed the eq and recorded the musics, so i'll upload Dark Falz Aegis musics very soon, tomorrow or day after at worst. Good EQ for sure, it felt like a blend of Yamato and DF Persona, i just wish DFA had more atk in its final phase, when he goes red, but at least his final fatal atk is pure beauty to watch ^^ Now as a preview of coming uploads, here's what i did with the cross separator (partially, as YT only allows square shaped preview and it's a rectangular full HD pic), hope you'll like it :D

EDIT : i forgot to say, but the DF Aegis upload will be as this : Complete first, Victory screen, then, the 4 parts individually, like, the Darlet mobbing approach, then the mobile cannon feeding with destroying pillars, then the buffed by friends part, and finally, the final phase fight in another dimension
