Lol we have had direct energy weapons in use on american people, openly, for decades. Look up ADS, LRAD, CHAMP, MEDUSA, PEP, and silent guardian tech. Pretty wild, 2025 has had the most robust and aggressive roll out of the ADS 2, we have been using these things on protests for decades, in prisons, and now the LRAD-ADS 2 combo is used heavily on the border. Just consider all the uses of these techs and now think of all the anomalous "schizo" murderers that had no history of anything prior and nothing persists after, but they say they voices and pressure in their head along with unbearable mental tension.
