Some thoughts on yesterday’s scrimmage…I appreciate Sark’s transparency.
I know ppl want kool aid filled reports about the offense, but I prefer the under promise/over deliver approach. This team isn’t shy about their goals & that means a higher performance standard in every session they have. Arch has the experience, mental makeup & performance on film last 10 games of 2025 to give him benefit of the doubt until the season starts IMO. That being said, if they don’t come out the gate as a top tier offense, the rest of the season will be in jeopardy. Margins with this schedule are slim.
Texas fans should be very excited to hear how well the defense full of young bulls is performing & ramping ahead of schedule. The disruptive nature & generating turnovers is exactly what Muschamp was brought in for.
Unfortunate to see Ty’Anthony leave. I didn’t want to see things end this way & wish him well moving forward. Lots of life ahead for that young man.
Texas has a lot of work to get done next couple weeks. Excited to see what strides the boys make as they finish up fall camp.
