Health Update ❤️‍🩹

Hey everyone. I wanted to give you all a quick but important update about what’s been going on.

Yesterday I was at the hospital for a liver biopsy because the doctors found a new tumour on my latest MRI. The biopsy results came back positive for cancer. So yeah… not the news I was hoping for. I’ll be going back next month for another thermal ablation, and I’m really hoping they can remove it successfully.

I won’t lie, things aren’t looking great health-wise right now. It’s been a lot to take in, and the road ahead won’t be easy. But I’m keeping my spirit up, staying focused, and doing my best to push forward every day. 💪💚

Sorry for being so inactive the past few weeks. I’ve been dealing with some health complications and spent some time in the hospital. Honestly, I haven’t had the energy to do much lately.

I want to address a serious issue that has emerged in the wake of my recent investigative content about certain practices within the cryptocurrency influencer community, particularly concerning the channel Crypto Gains, which has around 130,000 subscribers.


Over the past week, I observed and gathered evidence on several cryptocurrency influencers. My focus was to verify whether their public statements aligned with their behind-the-scenes actions.
A significant part of my research centered around Crypto Gains, a channel that is 10 times the size of mine, that advised its viewers that he was reinvesting his cryptocurrency earnings, promoting a long-term hold strategy.


Removal of Original Content by Crypto Gains:

Recently, it came to light that Crypto Gains removed videos in which he explicitly advised his audience to reinvest their earnings. This action was taken after evidence surfaced suggesting that Crypto Gains was selling significant amounts of cryptocurrency, contrary to his public advice.



In response to these revelations, I created a detailed video where I analyzed the discrepancies between Crypto Gains' public statements and his actual trading actions.


My video aimed to highlight these contradictions to inform the community and encourage a discussion about transparency and accountability in crypto advice.

Attempt to Silence My Voice:



Following the release of my analysis, Crypto Gains has initiated copyright claims against my response video, attempting to have it removed from YouTube. This move appears to be an effort to prevent me and others from discussing his actions and holding them accountable.


My Position:



Evidence-Based Reporting: My video is based on factual reporting and analysis. It contains no unfounded allegations; every claim is backed by data and observable patterns in Crypto Gains' own public records.



Fair Use and Freedom of Speech: The content I produced falls under the 'Fair Use' doctrine, as it constitutes critical commentary and educational content. It's crucial to defend the right to free speech, especially when it concerns public figures whose advice can influence financial decisions.



Transparency and Accountability: The removal of the original videos by Crypto Gains and the subsequent legal challenges against my content are troubling. They indicate a resistance to transparency that could mislead the crypto community.



Standing Firm: I am committed to defending my right to produce content that critiques and analyzes public information. I have sought legal advice to ensure my response adheres to copyright and defamation laws, and I am prepared to contest any attempts to unjustly remove my content.


I urge Crypto Gains to address me and the community directly about these discrepancies and take responsibility for his actions rather than attempting to suppress discussion through legal intimidation.
