Wow. I didn't expect that one to blow up like that, surpassing all my most watched videos only in 2 days. The interlude in the beggining of the song was from the album. but the beat, waiting in my "drafts" folder, That beat is nearly 2 years old. I had been using the demo version of my daw, which didn't let me edit it later even though I hated the mix. However, two days ago, I realized that I had nothing to lose and a voice told me not to let it wait in that folder and I posted in YouTube. I never liked that beat, but clearly I reflected all my emotions, depth and darkness in that beat. That's what it matters, I suppose. Art -can be a visual art or musical- is, delivering your emotions, neither making the best beat in the world nor the cleanest mix in a track. I still learn and still I don't have anything to lose but my ambition and dreams.
