🍂 The BER months are finally here! 🎃

So obviously I had to celebrate properly… by putting together an Autumn Playlist filled with some of my favourite songs, paired with a hollow hearth visual🌧️

I’m currently buried somewhere underneath boxes, tape and general moving chaos, so things may be a little quieter around here for a bit. 😂
BUT… I know myself, and apparently I’m still incapable of not making something in between packing.

So, shall we pick the next little autumn escape together? 🍁

🕯️ A Hollow Hearth Update 🕯️

A NEW CHAPTER IS BEGINNING...

Big news!

I’ve started a GoFundMe to help bring the next chapter of this little world to life. 📷

For a long time, I’ve wanted to change the way my ambience videos begin.

Right now, each video starts with an AI-generated base image. From there, I spend hours rebuilding, editing, layering, animating, adding lighting, music, ambience and all the little details that turn it into a finished Hollow Hearth scene.

I’m incredibly grateful for what this process has allowed me to create BUT there’s something I’ve wanted to work toward for a long time:

I want my video's to start somewhere real.

My dream is to begin filming my own source material (real forests, misty paths, old villages, crackling fireplaces, rainy windows and changing seasonal landscapes) and use that footage as the foundation for future Hollow Hearth ambiences.

A real forest could become an enchanted one.

An old fireplace could become part of a forgotten haunted library.

A quiet countryside path might lead somewhere that perhaps... isn't on any ordinary map. 🍂🕯️

The fantasy and storytelling will still be there. The editing, animation, music, sound design and little magical details will still be there.

The difference is that the world underneath it all will have been captured by me.

And that’s exactly why I’ve started this GoFundMe.

I’m raising €1,500 toward a Panasonic Lumix S5 II camera kit and the editing software I need to start creating my own high-quality footage.

if you would like to help me take this next step, every contribution brings me a little closer to replacing AI-generated starting images with footage I can go out and capture myself.

And perhaps, one day very soon, the forest you see through a witch’s window or the fireplace burning inside an old haunted manor will have started as a real place somewhere out there. 🌲✨

🍂 A Little Thank You 🍂

Before this week’s poll, I just wanted to say thank you for all the new views, subscriptions and incredibly sweet comments lately. I really hope these little worlds give you somewhere cozy to escape to. 🤎

I’ve also seen more people asking if I’d ever create without that base AI, or saying they’d love to see what I could make completely from scratch.

And yes, that is something I’d love to work toward in the future. 🕯️

Creating fully original scenes takes a lot more time, tools and resources, so I’m slowly saving toward that next step.

It’ll take a while, and AI will still be part of my process for now, but I’m excited to keep growing Hollow Hearth with you.

This week, we’re stepping into the world of The Cauldron Sisters.

Meet Morwenna, the most mysterious of the three sisters. While the world outside glows beneath the midsummer sun, Morwenna prefers to retreat into her shadowy conservatory with her familiar, her ancient spellbook, and one very necessary cooling spell.

This is the first part of a small summer series in which Morwenna, Serephina, and Elowen will each show us what they love most about summer—or, perhaps more accurately, how they survive it. 🖤

Expect gentle frost, drifting mist, glowing candles, dried herbs, old magic, and a beautiful sunlit garden just beyond the doors. ❄️🌿

🐈‍⬛ NEW Ambience: Witch Cottage Feel

A warm summer afternoon, a quiet witch cottage, an enchanted hand fan, and one extremely comfortable familiar who has claimed the best chair in the house.
