Keeping up the steps!
I’ve managed to bring my weight down by 24lbs since the beginning of July. I talk a little bit about what I eat, in my videos on YouTube and I’m happy to say that my dress size has dropped from 20 to 16.
Staying away from processed foods, or factory foods as I call them, has helped enormously. My diet is home-made sugar free vegan.
