As someone who has been dealing with acne for 15+ yrs & been in the industry for 10+ yrs, I understand the need for a community that uplifts & guides each other through the ups & downs of our skincare journeys. The long version: our skincare Facebook page has been hacked due to a podcast scam - it appears our FB page (Page ID: 221566097874085) is operated by a Meta Business Suite that we no longer have access to.

The issues
1) Our skincare Fb page (age ID: 221566097874085) is set to be deleted in 30 days
2) We have no access to our Facebook meta business suite
3) All of our pages and admins have been removed from our Meta Business Suite
What we nee help with:
1) recovering the Meta business suite account
2) recovering the pages the meta business suite account manages
3) Ensuring hackers don’t have access to IG or meta business suite
If anyone has contacts to create a supportive Facebook, that would be so incredibly appreciated!!
