How can I improve my English writing skills as well as speaking skills when there is no one to talk to me in English?
Even if there's no one to talk to you in English, you can still improve it significantly.
We would work on the 4 aspects of learning: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing.
READING
Invest your time in reading. Read as much as you can. This can be fiction, non-fiction, newspaper articles; in short anything that interests you.
While reading , you would surely encounter new words. I would suggest maintaining a diary of the word meanings: very useful. Trust me!
LISTENING
Listen to good English. This can be in the form of Radio programmes, T.V. shows, movies, English news channels etc.
While you listen, you sub-consciously pick the language up, an added bonus to simple entertainment.
SPEAKING
Even if there's no partner to speak to, you can always speak to yourself. Well ! A mirror comes to your rescue. Stand in front of a mirror, choose any topic of your choice and speak anything you feel like , for a few minutes. This would boost your conversation skills tremendously and your confidence too, undoubtedly…
Remember… While you speak, you are the only speaker and the sole listener. So speak like you don't care about anything else but the topic.
WRITING
I would suggest maintaining a diary in English itself. This would serve as a platform where you put forth: the way you feel,your ideas and opinion, without being judged .
If you wish, you can write articles, stories and literally anything you feel like. This would enhance your writing skills and also awaken the creative you !!

I don't think that I would see you here"..is an imagined situation in the future.
I don't think that I will see you here “ is the real possibility in the future.
Eg : I would come ( imagined situation )
I will come ( real possibility ).
