Hey guys! I have not given up like I said it’s only the beginning! I will continue to use my channel to keep the message alive! Since I (not literally) donated this channel to yang and his message I will like to continue to do so! Although,I created a separate channel for entertainment purposes for those who came for Andrew yang but also would like to get to know me more and my interests out side of yang. (Link to channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCx2v... ) My life happily revolved around the yang campaign for a year. Trust me, I didn’t mind at all. It was like a safe space. What a ride! My second channel will be a less serious space where my family will appear most likely, my dog, friends etc. I chose to continue dedicating this channel to what we’ve been doing instead of transitioning it because the message needs to stay alive and build for phase 2! I can’t predict this channels evolution but as far as I know it’s yang until the end over here. I will be posting on both channels.Though, there will be two sides this time, a more serious and committed me to the yang movement on this channel and a sort of behind the scenes, less serious, hobby like channel where I live my every day life, try random new things, find my niche after yang, and bring you guys with me in the process (ie, vlogs, challenges, family etc.) I appreciate all of the support and will post content in a bit. Hey guys!! After a week & a few days in Iowa I must say that during yang week we for sure did our very best through out and I for one am kind of drained but still motivated! I will continue to work at home by phone banking and may even go live one of these days! We have a few days lefts BEFORE "THE WAVE" BEGINS IN IOWA and I must say that i'm super nervous as well... but lets make sure that we do as much as we can so that we have no regrets on what we could have done! In other news, winter break is over & since I am back home in North Carolina I had a few things waiting for me like school, and work just like everyone else. I will be back in a bit, just getting organized and ahead to be able to balance these videos and those other two things. Becoming a patron on my patreon (www.patreon.com/bePatron?u=24621806) or donating to my PayPal ( www.paypal.com/paypalme2/mambalisa) allows me to pick up less hours which in turn gives me more time to focus on the campaign and uploading content, it essentially becomes a form of "the freedom dividend". It allows me to do what I like which are these videos and following the campaign instead of splitting half the time with my job which isn't necessarily the most exciting thing... and if I had the incentives in place I would definitely make this my job. It can get a bit difficult balancing school, work, and the campaign but I have to continue making it work this way for now because at the moment I'm depending on my job to meet my basic needs. Although, if making content here met my basic needs, then the incentives would be aligned for me to choose to focus whole hardheartedly on this channel and the campaign instead of focusing on my job that takes time away from this. This is why I'm fighting for this campaign, no one should have to choose between what they like to do and what they don't like to do for the sake of survival. With a 1,000$/month ubi I would easily reduce my hours at work and be able to balance school and continue to comfortably do what I like instead of scrambling to make all of this work. I'm not alone there's many people like me. This is why I'm so passionate about this campaign. Thanks for everything guys and for watching my videos it's super appreciate ill be back in a bit!
