I'm on a mission to help busy entrepreneurs and professionals get lean, build muscle, and optimize their health so they can be the best version of themselves.
I started my fitness journey as an overweight software engineer and lost 45 lbs. I've spent the last 15 years immersed in mastering nutrition, exercise, and the psychology of high-performance.
Over the last 10 years, I've personally coached over 1000+ men and helped millions through my content.
On this channel, you'll find videos that cover:
1. How to lose body fat and keep it off without unsustainable diets and quick fixes
2. How to gain muscle and strength while training no more than 4 hours a week
3. Building habits and systems that automate your fitness routine
4. Practical strategies to master long-term consistency
If you're looking for a logical, data-driven approach to personal fitness that works long-term, you've come to the right place.

Client of the day award goes to David! 👏
David is a 61 year old management consultant who's been around the gym for years, but never got his nutrition and training properly structured.
His goal was to see his abs for the first time in his life.
In 6 months, he went from 165 lbs to 142 lbs, losing fat and building muscle. Now he's walking around with a physique that's genuinely impressive at any age.
It's never too late to fully commit and see what your body is capable of.
I'm super proud of David's effort and results. Our next goal is a nice long lean bulk to put on more quality muscle.

People hear the basics so often they become numb to them.
Calorie deficit. High protein. Get your steps. Lift. Progressively overload. Sleep+ 7 hours.
There's no dopamine hit hearing the same thing for a 1000th time.
And your brain marks it as lower value because it's "old news".
But mastering those 6 things is 95% of your results. Everything else is optional.

However long you think it will take you to hit 12% body fat, double it.
Too many guys plan for 10 - 12 weeks and then get discouraged seeing they're only halfway there.
Almost all of us underestimate how much body fat we have and how that translates to scale weight.
Set a realistic timeline and commit to it fully.
5 years from now you won't care how long it took you. You'll just be glad you pushed through.

Your kids will ignore almost everything you tell them about being healthy.
Then they'll grow up and do exactly what they watched you do.
A study of 1,600 families found fathers daily activity predicted how active the kids were. When dads were less active, so were the kids.
Happy Father's Day. Go for a walk with your family.

Maturing in the gym is realizing that some of the biggest "foodies" are actually very lean guys.
Getting shredded completely changes your relationship with food. I still remember dreaming about eating pancakes and chocolate at 8% body fat.
There are days when all you can think about is your next meal.
This is one of the reasons I recommend 12-15% body fat for most guys. Anything lower than that becomes very difficult to sustain long-term.

Lose 30 lbs and get to a healthy weight and people will call you skinny.
Gain 30 lbs and get overweight and no one says a thing.
Interesting how it works.

In my 20s, I trained to look good and get a girlfriend.
In my 30s, I trained to get stronger and more productive.
As I enter my 40s, I train to watch my kids grow up and be around for as long as I can.

No food ever feels as good as being in great shape. A donut can make you forget about problems for a few minutes.
Being lean and healthy feels good 24/7, 365.

Everyone routinely overestimates what can be done in a month in the gym and underestimates what 1 year of consistency can do for their fitness.
