Hello everyone, 👋🎶
My name is Dela, a passionate food enthusiast who believes that traditional Ghanaian and African meals can be both delicious and healthy.
On this page, I share simple, easy-to-follow recipes while highlighting the nutritional and health benefits of each meal so that food lovers can learn how to prepare wholesome dishes just by watching.
My goal is to help more people eat well, eat mindfully, and reconnect with real food. I could use your support to reach a wider audience and inspire healthier food choices. This journey is inspired by the timeless Hippocratic wisdom:
''Let food be thy medicine and medicine thy food.'' (460-370 BC).
Subscribe to Cook with Dela for nourishing recipes, food education, and the celebration of African cuisine.
