I am Dr. Nguyen Tam, currently serving as Lecturer, Acting Director of AsiaUni Vietnam and Dean of the Faculty of Business at Swinburne VN-HCM. I am both an Australia Awards Scholar and a U.S. Fulbright Fellow, having studied Leadership and Management at Monash University, Australia, and participated in the Humphrey Program at the Uni of Washington, USA.

I engage in social networks with the goal of sharing knowledge and inspiring lifelong learning. I founded the channel “Teaching Aspires Motivation (T-A-M)”, which promotes inspirational teaching through a global education lens.
Together with my colleagues in Australia, I co-founded the Bamboo Academia Institute – bambooacademia.com.
My mission is to empower students to:
1. Transform – Develop a growth mindset and become the best version of themselves.
2. Awake – Awaken their inner strength and potential to sustain positive energy.
3. Motivate – Cultivate passion, practical methods to achieve meaningful goals in life.
