Q1. Could you introduce yourself for the audience? Hi, Iโm Remi! I run a K-pop channel called silhoujun with the handle remedyeon. I started editing when I was 13, and since then Iโve loved making K-pop content. Iโm a multi-stan, but my ult group is TXT and my ult bias is Yeonjun.
Q2. Whatโs your personal value for your channel? Consistency and creativity. I donโt just follow trends...I try to make my videos in my own style. Even if I take inspiration, I always credit and modify it into something that feels like me. I want my channel to scream my personality, and I really value the community that supports me.
Q3. Whatโs your approach to keeping your content fresh while staying true to your brand? I donโt stick to one format. Sometimes itโs sad edits, sometimes soft, sometimes informative or fun. Mixing it up keeps it fresh. I love coming up with creative ideas and trends...sometimes I modify trends too. And no matter what, I always add my own touch.
Q4. What kind of relationship do you hope to build with your viewers? I donโt want them to feel like just viewers. I want it to feel like a friendship...more like weโre hanging out together than just creator and audience.
Q5. What kind of feedback means the most to you? When people say my videos made them smile or comforted them. Views are nice, but those comments keep me going. I also value constructive feedback because it helps me grow.
Q6. How do you handle situations when your viewers disagree with your opinions? I listen first. Everyone has their own perspective in K-pop, so I just explain my side calmly and respect theirs too.
Q7. Do you ever worry about being too late to react or post about something trending? Sometimes, yes. But Iโve learned timing matters less than effort. Iโd rather be a little late with a video I put my heart into than rush and upload something messy.
Q8. Has your audience ever influenced your channel or content style? Yes, a lot. Some of my best videos came from their suggestions. I love asking for suggestions and discussing with them...it feels like teamwork.
Q9. Have you ever had to re-edit a video completely? So many times ๐. Recently with TXTโs Soda Pop FMV, it kept getting blocked. I had to re-edit it three times with filters and transitions before it finally uploaded. Stressful, but it taught me patience.
Q10. Have you had to make personal sacrifices to maintain consistency? Yes. Iโm a 12th grader, so my schedule is tight. I usually edit at night, sacrificing rest and sleep. I donโt skip important real-life things, but I give up a lot of downtime.
Q11. Has running a channel affected your mental health? Both positive and negative. The support and creativity are amazing, but flops can feel really discouraging. I try to balance it and remind myself why I started.
Q12. How do you handle creative burnout? I take small breaks, like a day or two, listen to music, or watch other creators for inspiration. If Iโm low on ideas, I just upload something simple instead of stressing out.
Q13. Whatโs one thing you wish you knew before starting your channel? That growth isnโt steady. Ups and downs are normal. I wish I knew earlier that timing matters too, but I learned everything slowly through experience. I started in 2021, and this October itโll be 4 years.
Q14. Do you have any other hobbies? Yes...calligraphy, dancing, singing, journaling, and making aesthetic study notes. And of course, editing just for myself.
Q15. Dirty Work or Love Language? Love Language! Cuz itโs TXT, itโs catchy, and I couldnโt stop singing it when it dropped. Well, I love dirty work's vibes too!
Q16. How much would you rate Wonniviewz? 10/10. The questions are thoughtful and make creators open up. It feels like a real conversation, not just an interview.
At the end, Thank you so much for having me. I really enjoyed answering these questions!
