haven’t posted on YouTube in a while, but the work didn’t stop.
I’ve been working full time and grinding on real estate on the side. Late calls, follow-ups, running numbers after work, and staying consistent even when I wasn’t posting content.
Over the past year, I’ve completed 10 real estate deals, and I currently have two more under contract. Nothing flashy. Just steady progress while balancing real life and a real job.
I’m starting to share again because I know there are people in the same position I was in. Working full time, trying to learn real estate, and looking for something realistic instead of hype.
I also started a private community called Real Deals Collective, where we break down real wholesale and creative deals, talk through offers, and learn in real time. It’s built for people with real jobs who are trying to move at a sustainable pace.
